Insurance Claim Process

Schedule & Inspect Roof
An Elite Tx Inspector will inspect and share damage photos of your roof so you can see firsthand any issue(s), followed by recommendations on filing or not filing an insurance claim, and repairs or replacement is discussed.

If there is no insurance claim to report an Estimate for Repair or Replacement will be provided.

If a claim is filed, you will be provided with a claim number and an insurance property inspection will be scheduled.

Insurance Adjuster Inspection Meeting
Inspection with the Insurance company is a vitial step. During inspection one of our project managers will meet with your adjuster to discuss all aspects of your claim. Utilizing our experence, we will work with your adjuster to complete a comprehensive inspection of your home.

Schedule and Install Roof
During this step of the process we will work with your schedule to install your new roof at your convivence. Selecting an ideal day that works for you. Upon completion, Elite Tx will submit any supplements to your Insurance company, and provide you with Warranty paperwork. The only out of pocket you will incur is your deductible.
